This Privacy Policy explains how LuxeStager ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use our website and AI virtual-staging services (the "Service").

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
• Uploaded photographs: images you submit for staging, plus generated outputs.
• Usage data: number of stagings, room/style selections, timestamps, and basic device/browser metadata.
• Billing metadata: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and never reach our servers.

2. How we use your data

• To provide the staging Service and deliver generated images to you.
• To operate your account, authenticate sign-ins, and enforce plan limits.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
• To detect abuse and keep the Service secure.
• To send essential transactional messages (receipts, account notices).

3. Subprocessors & integrations

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, authentication, and database.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• AI inference providers — to generate the staged image from your upload. Photos are sent to the provider only for the duration of the inference request.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and local-storage entries to keep you signed in and to remember workspace preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

5. Retention

Account and usage records are kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account, staged images, and cancel your subscription at any time from the Danger Zone in your account settings. Billing records may be retained as required by tax and accounting law.

6. Your rights

Subject to your local law (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Use the account-deletion control or email privacy@luxestager.app.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. International transfers

Our infrastructure providers may process data outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Security

We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; please contact us immediately if you suspect any compromise.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
