Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LuxeStager website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by LuxeStager ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Description of Service

LuxeStager provides AI-generated virtual staging of interior photographs. Output is generated by third-party machine-learning models and is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranty that generated imagery will match any specific real-world room, dimensions, or design intent.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service is offered on a free tier (limited credits) and a paid Pro plan billed at the price displayed at checkout (currently US$49/month). Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused credits except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload images you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use the Service to generate misleading listings, deceptive content, or anything unlawful.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Do not upload imagery depicting minors in private spaces, sexually explicit content, or content that violates third-party rights.

5. Your Content & License

You retain ownership of photographs you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process, store, and transform your photographs solely to operate and improve the Service. You own the staged outputs we deliver to you and may use them commercially (including on MLS, Zillow, and similar listing platforms) under the Pro plan.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and UI, is owned by LuxeStager and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be fit for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxeStager's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) US$100.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the account settings page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LuxeStager is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
